We rolled out a nationwide campaign in multiple phases that marked a clear shift in McDonald’s employer brand communication in Hungary. Our goal: to position the brand not only as a quick-service restaurant, but as an inclusive, flexible and attractive workplace, while strengthening recruitment efforts.
The creative concept was built on a simple but strong insight: McDonald’s is reliable and always there for you. This idea was translated into a contemporary, fashion-inspired visual language that put employees at the center, often through perspectives unusual for the sector.
Republic Group contributed from strategic thinking through creative direction to professional campaign support. The project demonstrated how an iconic brand could be reinterpreted through a fresh and credible employer branding narrative.
